Helping Swans Co.

Helping Swans Co. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing disability inclusion through advocacy, education, and support for underserved communities, particularly Spanish-speaking families. Founded by Marlene Soto, a disabled Latina, caregiver, and published author, Helping Swans bridges the gap between families, professionals, and communities to create a more inclusive world.

Marlene’s journey—both as a mother to a child with autism and a rare disease and as a disabled individual herself—inspired her to develop workshops, books, and advocacy programs that empower families navigating similar challenges. Her children’s books, including All Siblings Are Special and the upcoming Rare Is Everywhere, foster understanding and acceptance of disabilities among young readers.

Through trainings, speaking engagements, and community workshops, Helping Swans educates businesses, schools, and organizations on the importance of disability inclusion. By partnering with us, you’re not only supporting a mission-driven initiative but also gaining valuable insights that drive meaningful change.

Book Helping Swans today for a workshop, speaking event, or collaboration and be part of the movement toward a more inclusive future. Let’s break barriers and build bridges together!
